Coaching by Lux
Recovery after toxic relationships & domestic violence
Support after a destructive or abusive relationship, with attention to identity, boundaries, triggers and rebuilding trust in yourself.

Who are you outside the influence of that relationship?
After a destructive relationship it can be difficult to know clearly who you are, what you want and where your boundaries lie. Coaching by Lux supports people who have left harmful relationship dynamics, including situations involving domestic violence or NPD/BPD-related dynamics.
The work does not focus on diagnosing a former partner, but on your recovery: reconnecting with your own identity, understanding emotional responses and triggers, and rebuilding healthy boundaries.
Identity
Get to know yourself again outside the dynamics of the previous relationship.
Boundaries
Recognise and practise what feels safe and healthy for you.
Confidence
Gradually rebuild trust in your perceptions, decisions and strength.
What you can expect
If there is current danger or acute safety risk, specialist or local emergency support takes priority over coaching.
Coaching and counselling support personal development and reflection. They do not replace medical diagnosis, emergency care or specialist mental-health treatment.
